The joy of chocolate

We had a wonderful Easter. Kellan had an especially wonderful Easter.

He experienced M&M's for the first time.

Once he realized what was inside his Easter eggs, there was no stopping him. He popped those suckers non-stop! In the photo above, Michael is trying to coax him into giving up his handful -- no luck.

What can I say. He takes after his mom.

  1. He's starting early. We totally screwed up as parents, I started by telling the kids how I ate too much Easter candy when I was four and barfed in the pew at church, so please only eat one thing. Then I walked away to fix breakfast. They proceeded to devour everything in their baskets. Church was torturous. Dinner at Adam's parents was worse. They were totally high on sugar. I'm going to have to take back my role as the sugar nazi just to keep peace around here. Glad to hear you had a good holiday.

  2. Michael should just learn to get his own candy. Gesh...what's wrong with that. Matt knows that's the rule in this house.
