I was right.
He dug into each goopy, gloppy, gelatinous bowl and painted to his little heart's content.
We did one color at a time to prevent the "paint" from going gray or something. (And I guess I was trying to make sure my vision of a rainbow-colored kitchen didn't come true.)
In the end, there was a light spattering of blue all over the table, wall, and kitchen cabinet. And all over his face, of course. But the damage was minimal -- nothing a damp towel couldn't handle.
And lucky for Kellan, we still have lots of pudding paint left!
So fun! I love the food coloring, we always just finger painted with chocolate pudding. I think the kids ate more than they painted. He looks like he had so much fun.
ReplyDeleteSeriously...how can you tell that kid no to anything when he gives you that big ol' Kellan smile??? I just want to come over and play too!! Oh, and I'll need to bring my laundry b/c my washer is still broken!!!!
