Sick yet again

I was really looking forward to the few days I have off following the turn of the new year. I planned to do some good cooking (especially with the new slow cooking cookbooks!), take down all the Christmas decorations and do a little New Year's spring cleaning. Now, I think I'll be lucky if I get even 10% of that accomplished.

I'm sick. Again.

I thought that after 3 straight weeks of illness around the Thanksgiving holiday, I'd be home free for a while. Guess not. I mean, I can handle some sniffles. But this isn't just a cold, it's a COLD. It is really doing a number on my sinuses and my energy level. 

I'm positive I caught it from my dad while we were in McCall. He's had a whopper of a cold for a while now, so I guess the germs were just looking for a new home.
